Could someone tell me why the following cabinet drawings are not available on any web site.

cab 8254 for 2 drivers 3154 or A-10 cab.
cab 9845
cab valencia crossover N-800-K


If someone would like to build something with GPA components it would be an essential thing to have. I doubt any one will build a model 19 . It would be to costly.

Unfortunately Altec never published prints for a number of cabs.

Looked for years for the single 15" folded horn, finally just gave up.

However, with all the design software available a box to match those units shouldn't be a real issue.

There are also Altec plans that have never made it online as well. For instance, Art and I obtained scans of the 9846 prints that we've individually worked on cleaning up for posting, but haven't yet completed. The numbered documents from the AN series available online appear to be far from complete. The oversize original paper prints simply aren't as easy to scan and post.

Having seen the vast collection of old Altec lit in Bill's office, I think it's safe to say there's more material not online than on. Todd and others have done a great job just getting the most popular stuff scanned and posted.

Thanks for the info. I guess it best to contact Bill to make sure there are no chambers in the 8254 for example.
